Notes
- Release dates for a full MSP segment (e.g. 34.1, 34.2, etc) are before the nominal dates on which JSOC starts production of the OBRQ-lite for the first planning period in that segment.
- Science inputs for any MSP segment should be sent to JSOC before the PI input deadline date.
- Any tbd values in the final record will be firmed up when the preceding template is generated.
